A sweet delicacy from the Bordeaux region of France, Canelé has a caramelised crust with a soft custardy centre.

  • Ingredients: Whole MILK, Caster Sugar, Free Range EGGS, WHEAT Flour (GLUTEN), Unsalted Butter (MILK), Vanilla Extract: (Glucose Syrup, Fructose, Water, Natural Extract of Vanilla).
    For the Filling and topping: Caster Sugar, Salted Caramel, Whipping Cream (MILK), Glucose syrup, Unsalted Butter (MILK), Fleur de Sel and white vinegar, Rum.
    All  Canelés contain Milk, gluten (Wheat), and eggs and are made in an environment that handles nuts, soya and alcohol. All Canelés are suitable for vegetarians but not for vegans and gluten allergy sufferers.
