STRAWBERRY CAKE
SMALL 7” cakes will serve 6 to 8 slices.
MEDIUM 9” cakes will serve 12 to 14 slices.
LARGE 10" cakes will serve 16 to 20 slices.
If the cake is for a bigger party and smaller slices can be done, the numbers above will be slightly higher.
Before slicing the cake, we recommend that you heat up the knife by dipping it in hot water before wiping away any excess water.
Once the cake has been cut, we recommend that you consume the remaining cake within three days to prevent the inside going slightly dry.
